Hear what parents really think听听家长的真实想法

Parents rate you from inside their own portal, and you read the scores and comments by branch — separately from why a student left.家长在自己的家长端为你评分,你按分行查看分数与留言——与学生离开的原因分开记录。

Two questions used to share one form and neither got answered: *how do our families feel about us*, and *why did that student leave*. They are now two different things, kept in two different places.

This guide is the first one. For the second, see Who stopped, and why.

Parents fill it in themselves

A parent opens Profile in their own portal and finds a short form:

  • How likely they are to recommend you, 0 to 10.
  • Five quick ratings, 1 to 5: coaching, progress, facilities, scheduling and service.
  • One open question, for whatever they want to say.

Nothing to type about who they are — the portal already knows — so there is nothing to get wrong and nothing to guess. Each answer is saved with a snapshot of which children they had with you at the time and where each one was, so a comment can be read in context months later.

Parent feedback is switched on per academy. If your parents do not see it under Profile yet, ask us to turn it on for you.

Reading it

Reports → Feedback & Retention, first tab. The recommendation score, what families rate you highest and lowest on, how it is trending, and the same split by branch. Export it as a spreadsheet if someone wants to take it away.

The number to watch is the recommendation score. Ratings tell you *what* to fix; that one tells you whether families are quietly telling their friends about you, or quietly not.

When a parent tells you in person

Log Feedback on the student's profile opens the same form for staff, so a comment made at the counter is recorded with the same score and ratings as one sent from the portal — marked as logged by staff, so the two are never confused. It is deliberately not tied to a stop or a decline: those have their own reasons and ratings on the student's history.

What to do with a bad comment

Reply in person, not through the system. The form is for listening, and the portal deliberately gives parents no way to argue back inside it. A call from the head coach the next day does more than any feature could.
