Carry credits into another package把课时结转到新配套

When a family renews with classes still unused, carrying forward moves those credits onto the new package instead of letting them expire.
1. Raise a carry-forward request
From the student's profile, choose the package the credits are coming from and the package they are going to, and say how many.
2. Wait for approval
Carry-forward requests are approved by senior staff, under Schedule → Credit Carry Forward.
3. After approval
- The credits leave the old package and land on the new one. The totals move together, so nothing is created or lost.
- If the old package is emptied and it was funding a seat, that seat moves onto the package the credits went to — the child stays in their class without anyone rebooking them.
- Both movements are recorded, so the history shows where the classes went.
If the package you want is not in the list
It should be. If a package you have just created does not appear as a destination, that was a fault and it is fixed — the list was briefly borrowing the one the *extension* screen uses, which leaves out a package that has no expiry date at all. A brand-new package often has none yet, so the very thing you had just set up to receive the credits was the thing missing, and the screen said "No available options".
If you still see an empty list, the package genuinely does not qualify — check it belongs to the same family and is not already full.
Before you use it
- Check the expiry on the destination. Credits carried onto a package that expires next week have not really been saved.
- Watch shared packages. If either package covers siblings, moving credits affects both children.
- This is not a refund. The family keeps the classes; they do not get money back. For money, see Cancel a package.
